Call us to order "Full size architectural plan" (No Seal & No Stamp). Send us "Cheque" of $175.00 per set.
Once you receive the plans, make sure all dimensions and elevation are what you expect, and share you plans with your local building official for any changes they may be required before proceeding with the purchase of the home kit without seal and stamp.

Full Dimensional architectural plans(No Seal & No Stamp) include:

  • Floor Plan
  • Roof Plan
  • All sides elevations
  • Preliminary Electrical Plan
  • Doors and Window Schedule

All above plan will be available in (22" X 34") size
